2025 was the first year Green Shield Mongolia’s full operations were audited end to end. Six independent auditors visited every cohort during the August-September 2025 audit window, ground-truthed survival counts, and verified our internal accounting against bank records.<\/p>\n
The headline number is the average Year-3 survival rate across all cohorts that reached their three-year audit. Below the headline, what matters more is the distribution<\/em>: how many cohorts cleared the 70% floor we promise donors, and what we did about the ones that didn’t.<\/p>\n Two cohorts fell below the 70% floor in 2025 \u2014 both in the Bayan-\u00d6lgii dryland zone, where unusually low spring precipitation stressed the saplings during establishment.
